TCS partners with Japan Institute of Industrial Sciences for digital technology research
India’s largest IT services company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), announced Thursday that it has collaborated with the University of Tokyo Institute of Industrial Sciences (IIS, UTokyo) for technology research and the facilitation of people-to-people exchanges.
“The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) opens the prospect of TCS and IIS, UTokyo, working together on basic research, technology validation and real-world applications and commercialization, starting in the area of âârobotics.” , TCS said in a filing regulation.
The partnership also paves the way for an exchange of academics and researchers between the two organizations, he added.
